What to include

• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Your app version and iOS version.
• Which Category and which AI assistant were involved, if any.
• When it happened, with your time zone.

Never send health data or tokens

Do not include health values, screenshots of your health data, access tokens, codes or passwords in an email. We will never ask for them.

Common questions

• Revoke an assistant: open the app and remove its Connection.
• Delete your data: delete your Account in the app.
• Data looks stale: open the app so it can Sync, and check the Freshness of each Category.
